I don't have to tell you this sends shivers up my spine,
especially when I don't think China or Russia will fulfill their
agreement to the treaty.
I really think the left wants there to be the threat of total
destruction, not as a deterrent to nuclear strikes, but as a
means of keeping the American people in fear -- because those
who are unafraid can not be ruled.
